Currently you can see profiles that someone else "@" you on, however you cannot see messages that you "@" someone else on. It would be nice be able to see those in a central location. Often times I will @ sales associates to follow up on various task, so it would be nice to be able to follow up on those.

This would be nice! I noticed myself tagging sales reps to do missed follow ups, but I'd like to follow up on their behalf if the issue isn't resolved within a day. Noticed I couldn't remember who I had tagged for missing follow ups and really wish there was a way to see my sent mentions in alerts page.
For now I can resolved this by tagging myself, but this will fill in with any mentions I get returned.

sometimes we want to get added to customers and we don't so it would be nice to be able to find said customers to send a second note to get added.

I think it would be great to see who we have mentioned in profiles in the last month to make it easier to follow up and see if the mentioned individual has been in touch with the customer

Shelby Parker - speaking for myself, I want a list of mentions I made. Just like a source report or anything that would then let me click on the customer and see the work in progress. I can then see if the person I mentioned did what I asked.

It would be great if the CRM could track and display a history of who we’ve tagged in a customer profile (salesperson, manager, BDC, etc.) and when those tags were added.
Having access to this kind of tag history would make it much easier to follow the flow of communication and accountability within our team. It would also help in understanding who has been involved with a customer and at what stage.

It is very hard to remember who I mentioned at 9:00 am (or YESTERDAY), when it is already 7:00 pm, TODAY; How frequently do you need updates on mentions? Same than regular mentions or just like regular interaction FOREVER!

A way to pull up previous tags by person

I would like a way to pull up places that I have tagged someone on leads previously. For example if someone has tagged myself on a lead but can't remember the client's name. They would be able to then search for times they have tagged @Dean Cook and filter out a time frame to pull up all the times they tagged me during that time frame.
