Shelby Parker For Service, Parts, Rental, Quick Lane, Body shop and A-Team who already or will have all store access - creating 1 mentioning group instead of a mentioning group at each location. Example: Detail at Lake Chevy, Lake Toyota or Devils Lake Cars could at Service LGM from any store customer card. If customer is at Devils Lake Cars, being able to @ Service LGM or if the customer card was in Lake Toyota being able to @Service LGM.
Having 1 mentioning group for enterprise instead of having to create a mentioning group at each location. Trying to avoid making a mentioning group for Example: Service LGM in Lake Chevy Card, Service LT mentioning group in LGM store and Mentioning group @Service LGM in Devils Lake Cars.
Instead of one location having 3 mentioning groups for Service, having 1 enterprise.
