Mention: Add Favorites to Mentions

I wish there was a way to have favorite mentions for instance a manager that you are always adding "@" in notes it should have a way to favorite them .Being able to click "@" and a list of favorites pop up first would be awesome. small tweak but I think beneficial for everyone and just making it more efficient for daily use.

- Can you provide more details on how you envision the process of adding someone to your favorites list?
- Would you like this feature to be available for all users or only for certain roles within the dealership?
- How often do you find yourself mentioning the same people in your notes?

Shelby Parker: I would imagine adding stars next to peoples names and when you click it you would then add them to your favorites. It should be available to everyone in the dealership and you should be able to favorite any and all in the dealership. This way when you click the @ symbol they all pop up first rather than having to search . I must tag my manager what feels 100 x a day as I am in the BDC department and work hand in hand all day long with her.
