Our Genius sent out a price change alert email stating that the price had dropped $1,900. However, that price change occurred a month ago, and the customer had worked a deal 2 days ago with the lower number. Luckily, the price sent in the price alert email was the price we worked the deal on. However, this makes us look bad because the price change was so long ago. We'd like to see some more parameters put into the price alerts to keep things like this from happening.
