Feature Requests

Pretty simple. Rather than sending an entirely new email every attempt let me reply to my own email so my previous email is also included. Plenty of times you will email a customer asking if they got something and they will say no and ask you to re-send. Which there is no option for either. If I could just keep the same chain going with what I said previously included that would be great. It would also serve as a re-send option.

I would like an option to delay an email from sending out. For example, after leaving a voicemail, I would like to schedule the system to send a template email 10 minutes later.

With our location, we have some auto-included signatures and embeds that we append to our email. I usually like to review these for accuracy, and would greatly benefit from being able to see a preview of the email before hitting the send button!

Can we add a Source Description tag so that when creating email templates, we can use the same one for (example) KBB ICO and CARFAX ICO customers, or the same used car email regardless of the source, but still name the source in the email.

I"d love a way to email customers a list of recommended vehicles as opposed to going to our company website to select each individual vehicle and hyperlinking. Example: lead on Certified Pre-Owned Range Rover Sports. Send a group of all our CPO Sports through Drive Centric to customer in email. Much like clicking on the car icon in an email, but selecting multiple vehicles instead of one. Thank you!

It would be helpful to have additional functionality with previously sent emails - resend, reply, and forward. This is helpful for when customers report not receiving them or they need it resent. Currently, following up on outgoing emails requires creating a new email, but having additional functionality would streamline conversations by keeping emails together.

Right now, it seems inserting tokens only works in email templates. To ensure quality emails, my store removed the email templates altogether. I used AI copywriter fresh emails daily but must manually edit customer/vehicle/desking/appointment information, which takes a lot of time. Inserting tokens will help tremendously with time. Besides being more efficient in email composing, token use would prevent misspelling uncommon or homophones (Ashley vs. Ashleigh, or Crystal vs. Christal). Adding a "Select Token" drop-down within the email editor would be useful to not keep the Token Guide pdf open at all times.

Increased incoming email security and filtering to a spam folder. Large number of incoming phishing and spam emails in the untracked folder with no way to block or mass 'mark as read' ton clear them.

We are not able to see the email signatures populating on the user's end of the emails being sent manually to customers. This creates confusion with our team and they aren't able to tell if it is actually working correctly or not. Attached is a screenshot showing it doesn't populate with the signature automatically on the user's end. When sending the email, it does show to the customer.

Ability to send a reply to a customer(UNDER OUR NAME, as a drop down) even though another user initiated the first email. It greys this out when another email user has initiated the conversation. This enables us to keep the same dialog going, instead of starting another email.
