We need a hyberlink click-to- call option for our phone number inside of emails/text responses to customers. This would allow them to respond to us easily from their phone when they are reading responses (from their phones).

As sales, I need to be able to reply to the same email thread if our AI assistant makes contact with the customer so that its not a new email thread every time one of us reaches out. If a customer asks a question and then I start a new email thread to answer that question, it seems very confusing and I seem to rarely get a response from an active customer once I try to reply on a new email thread.

There should be a warning if the email subject is left blank before sending. We obviously try to always put it in, but when you're dealing with hundreds of emails in a day, some things slip our mind! :)

Two additions to compete with ELeads: a manual appointment hyperlink or coding for user-built email templates, and a vehicle brochure option to paste into custom email templates. Thanks in advance

Increased incoming email security and filtering to a spam folder. Large number of incoming phishing and spam emails in the untracked folder with no way to block or mass 'mark as read' ton clear them.

Allow for a hyperlink to be created Automatically when doing CTRL+V over a highlighted text when a link is in the copy. We use hyper links almost daily and it would save us time vs having to click the hyperlink button every time.

TLDR: Add the ability to create, edit, and fully embed custom HTML code directly within the DriveCentric email template builder. This feature should allow users to build responsive, branded, and dynamic email templates without relying on third-party tools. The current template limitations restrict layout control, branding consistency, tracking elements, and advanced formatting. Allowing embedded HTML would: • Improve brand consistency across all outbound communication • Increase engagement through better design and structure • Support responsive formatting for mobile devices • Enable advanced personalization using dynamic fields • Allow integration of tracking pixels and structured CTA layouts Requested Capabilities Full HTML Editor Mode Provide a toggle option inside the email template builder that allows users to switch between standard editor mode and HTML code mode. Custom Code Save and Reuse Allow users to save custom HTML templates to a shared library for reuse across campaigns and automation workflows. Dynamic Field Compatibility Ensure all existing CRM merge fields and dynamic variables function inside custom HTML code. Mobile Optimization Preview Include desktop and mobile preview modes to validate responsiveness before deployment. Safe Rendering Controls Implement validation to prevent broken formatting while still allowing advanced code usage. Expected Outcome • Higher open-to-engagement conversion • Increased appointment set rates from improved call-to-action visibility • Stronger dealership branding • Reduced dependency on external email platforms Impact This feature will directly enhance BDC performance, equity mining campaigns, lease-end outreach, and automated follow-up sequences. It gives advanced users more control while keeping the existing builder available for users who prefer simplicity.

Can we add a Source Description tag so that when creating email templates, we can use the same one for (example) KBB ICO and CARFAX ICO customers, or the same used car email regardless of the source, but still name the source in the email.

There should be a feature where you can send mass emails to multiple customers

We need to have the ability to choose more than one email from the customer info in one email without having to cc them. Sometimes, customers and buyers need to be on the email, and I'm forced to cc them. It's not efficient.
