We’d like to request a solution that ensures required privacy policy language is consistently included across all outbound emails sent through DriveCentric. Currently, the only reliable way to include the privacy policy link is by using the store-level signature. However, this creates gaps when sales staff use personal signatures, as the required language is not automatically included. We’re requesting a more comprehensive approach that ensures the privacy policy link is always present, regardless of signature type. Ideally, this could be accomplished through one or more of the following: -Automatically appending required legal/disclaimer language to all outbound emails -Embedding the privacy policy link into all salesperson signatures by default -Hard-coding the required language into every email sent through DriveCentric, regardless of the signature being used The goal is to eliminate reliance on manual processes and ensure consistent compliance across all stores and users.
