There should be a warning if the email subject is left blank before sending. We obviously try to always put it in, but when you're dealing with hundreds of emails in a day, some things slip our mind! :)

I may be the only one that does this but can we add a required sign to the subject line on an email, so it wont send unless we type in a subject line?
I have found myself forgetting because there isn't any distinguishing mark on the subject line for an email.

Shelby Parker ive done it twice today hah not sure about before then but either way would be awesome. Maybe a bright colored pop up would actually cover both

- Can you provide more context on why you believe a mandatory subject line would be beneficial?
- Are there specific scenarios where the lack of a subject line has caused issues?
- Would you like this feature to be implemented for all emails or only specific types of emails?

Shelby Parker Thanks for getting back to me. Pretty simple, it would force a sales person to include a subject line before sending an email, any email. Not having a subject line wouldn't cause an issue but it doesn't look good on the customer end and decrease engagement.

When sending an email, it should not be able to send without something in the Subject field.
