Notify the salesperson when a auto email goes out

We currently have automated emails that are sent from our managers. While the manager receives a notification, the salesperson does not. Since managers are often tied up in meetings, there can be a delay in their response. In many cases, if it’s a simple question, the salesperson could have answered immediately—but without notification, the response time is extended. As a team, we believe in the importance of responding quickly, and this process is creating unnecessary delays.
