Hi Maddie, We do have a feature called the 'email blast' tool which may be hidden from your view. Work with your admin to ensure someone at your organization has access. If this does now work for you, please let us know. Thank you,

Alex Weidenbenner We need to be able to do an email blast to specific customers of our choosing. The mining tool is great but sometimes there are customers I'd like to do an email blast for but they don't fall into any of the mining criteria, which means I have to send the emails individually.
