Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

Our dealership needs options of "rentals" since we are now just using "other" and no longer interested.

I agree 100%. My store needs to add a Rental option as we have been asked to report on these leads. Right now, using the "Other" option and reporting is not possible.
