Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

Additional Dead Reasons

Add more dead reasons or let us manually enter them. Currently, there isn't a way to mark a lead as a "duplicate" even after the customer has been merged into the correct profile.

Adding a selection for "Issues with Vehicle" and "Vehicle Sold" would be helpful

Let's do this!! I want to be able to evaluate the reasons for us not being able to close the deal / get the appointment.

We should be able to differentiate fees from finance and cash deals. For example, there is a default VSI fee on Finance deals, but not on Cash deals. We can not currently adjust those details, unless it is retails vs lease

Allow the dealership to have custom drop down options to mark a deal dead, Examples like "KBB ICO Offer Expired" or "Not in market"

Adding Kill Reason

Adding an option such as "sold vehicle elsewhere" would help our process of closing out B@C leads. When a customer sells their vehicle elsewhere, we have no real kill reason. Our employees typically use bought "elsewhere" or "other". There is no right way to kill these leads... which messing with our lead counts

We have a buy center that works their purchase leads out of drivecentric, so none of the preloaded options for "dead" deal button fit for our buy center. Past CRM allowed us to add custom preloaded options for this, would be nice.

Addition of "Inactive Prospect" in Dead Deal Section of Contact Card

This status would apply to contacts with valid, active email addresses that never engage—including customers researching information who did not wish to be contacted—ensuring these leads do not skew performance metrics. This status would be added to the bottom section of Dead Deals, alongside options like "Bad Contact Info."
