Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

Looking for the ability to create a custom list of reasons that you can select using the dropdown arrow when marking a deal dead. We would like things to be as specific as possible for ease of use, as well as for accurate reporting.

Can we get a Dead Deal Options for "CAR NOT AVAILABLE"? This can be used for used car that have been sold or customer inquiring on vehicles that no longer exist.

One of the most common reasons we kill a deal is because the car is sold or no longer in stock. I put other for 80% of my killed deals now

- Can you provide more details on how you currently mark a deal as 'killed' due to a car being sold or no longer in stock?
- What kind of information would you find helpful to have when a deal is killed for this reason?
- Would it be beneficial to have a specific option for 'Car sold/no longer available' when killing a deal, instead of using 'Other'?
