Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

More DEAD DEAL OPTIONS

Somehow, the most popular reasons for a deal being dead are not listed. I'm not sure how this got missed but here's what genuinely "needs" to be added.
- Not in Market
- Did not/accidentally inquired
- Vehicle of Interest unavailable
- Unresponsive/Ghosted
These are pretttttty necessary and I can't think of any reason why someone would disagree. Feel free to comment below but let's push for this to happen ASAP.

Great to hear your perspective, Elias Habibi! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of situations where these reasons were needed but unavailable?
- Are there any other reasons you think should be added to the list of dead deal options?
- How frequently do you encounter these situations where the current options are insufficient?

Shelby Parker Basically everyday or almost every other day a customer will say they're no longer interested or in the market. Some people we reach out to mention that they didn't mean to inquire and were just checking on something and didn't realize all their info was being sent to dealers. And for unresponsive, it's pretty straight forward, weeks will go by with someone that has either stopped responding or has never responded to begin with. 10 years in the business and I can tell you for certainty that these are the most frequent reasons to close a deal outside of bought elsewhere/bad credit/no agreement.

really need for dead deals to have vehicle sold as a good reason to dead. in the used car market most cases we don't have another car to replace
E
Elias Habibi
Robert Marmolejos correct, if they wanted a Tesla P90D and you don't have anymore, the deal is dead if they're unwilling to look at anything else besides "what they want"

Being able to customize the reasons on why a deal is marked dead will greatly help analyze lead reports to more accurately to determine real lead counts and closing ratio's by not counting bad or duplicate leads.

Additional Dead Reasons

Add more dead reasons or let us manually enter them. Currently, there isn't a way to mark a lead as a "duplicate" even after the customer has been merged into the correct profile.

Adding a selection for "Issues with Vehicle" and "Vehicle Sold" would be helpful

Let's do this!! I want to be able to evaluate the reasons for us not being able to close the deal / get the appointment.
