Portal - Download All Option (or Preview)

Portal is great we like it but it needs an option in the Portal to Download all doocuments or view uploaded image snippets on the UI to not have to download everything to see what it is.

Can we have a all download option in the portal for multiple files and have a preview to see what we are downloading for the deal jacket?

Shelby Parker Hello I had a customer recently send over 17 files of documents. Instead of going through it would be nice to have all download option. There are also times when I go back into the portal to see which document is what document. Instead of redownloading all the files again to find the driver's license a, preview of what the document is could streamline the process.

Allow for document preview for documents that were uploaded through the portal. I dont think its necessary for documents to be downloaded everytime. Also a download all or check off any document you want to download would be sweet.

Would be less time consuming if we can see the documents sent in portal before the down load,instead of downloading one at time to see the ones you are looking for.

- Can you specify which documents or types of documents you would like to be able to download all at once?
- Could you clarify what you mean by 'view uploaded image snippets'? Are you referring to thumbnails or previews of the documents?
- Are there specific situations or use cases where this feature would be particularly useful?

- Would be great to download all the documents in the portal at once, even better if can seperate file types.
- Thumbnails and preview thumbnails of the documents. That way when downloading customer photos you don't have to randomly guess and hope you download the right file.
- Every aspect of portal from sales to finance departments using it.
- Also the ability to purchase longterm storage server space for documents or an option to keep them longer than 30 days.
