Making the portal a 2 way portal between store and customer. It would allow us to upload documents—like work orders, receipts, and more—directly to the customer. Customers could also view what they’ve already submitted, helping to eliminate duplicate uploads.

For the portal. Could we upload documents that the customer can receive? Currently when I upload documents I'm the only one that can view them. The customer is unable to see anything I upload and can only upload their own files or images.

- What types of documents do you envision needing to upload for customer viewing?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to upload documents for customers?
- Are there any specific security or privacy concerns we should consider when allowing customers to view uploaded documents?

- It would be a convenient way to upload customer documents like purchase order, signed copies, stuff of that nature. Since it's a secure portal it would be more convenient then our current system which almost always gets spam filtered.
- Theoretically we could do it every car deal if the customer wants electronic copies.
- It would probably be good to make it password protected. Something like the customer cell phone number would be good.
