Appointments 2.0 + Marking an Appointment Cancelled

I don't like deleting appointments if they cancel because I like having the history of an appointment being set. It would be convenient though if we can mark them cancelled so when going through working on confirmations we can easily see who already cancelled without having to open the customer profile.

I agree it messes with the appointment ratio- a canceled appointment option is needed

Not only that but having the option to send appt notifications to that customer or not.

It would be really cool if we could cancel an appointment after a customer says they cannot be here. Then it would be cool if there was a way to track a customer's habits of canceling etc.

What information would you like to capture when an appointment is cancelled?: Reason for cancelation, an option for rescheduling right away or to schedule a reminder to reach out and reschedule. Maybe even a link for the customer to reschedule themselves? (Like interview scheduling software in indeed)
How would you like to use the data on a customer's habit of cancelling appointments?: Maybe a way to track a customer's likelihood to reschedule, no show, etc? Or even better, a way to put a customers availability into their profile somehow so that we're reaching out at appropriate times? Kind of like a calendar?
Would you like to have an automated process for rescheduling cancelled appointments?: Sharing a link for clients to rebook themselves, an auto text/email saying you missed, reschedule here. Something along these lines

If a customer doesn't show up for an appointment, or they aren't marked as in the showroom, after an hour of the original appointment time the appointment is then ended. We'd like to choose to turn that off.

- What would be the ideal time frame for an appointment to remain active without customer interaction?
- Are there any specific scenarios or exceptions where the appointment should not be ended even after an hour of no-show?
