More Video Options, HELP! (Zoom, Background Music, Edit, Cut)

when recording the video it looks like a close up and does not allow us to zoom in or out and it does not allow us to flip the camera when recording us as salesman need these options! please fix asap

The program needs to have a zoom in zoom out option. Having to do the video outside this program then download is a step that is seemingly unnecessary. Time kills deal.

I really hope this gets the attention it needs ASAP. We are in a time where our business heavily revolves around videos, and QUALITY videos at that. Limiting what we can do only hurts us and wastes time.
If not this, it would be a suitable option to allow us to use camera roll videos and have it still count as a regular first response in the way it is tracked.

We would like the ability to use a virtual camera or software camera to be able to customize out agents background. Some of our BDC's cameras show office space and we would like to make it more customer friendly.

Currently, making a video you can do multiple small clips but can't delete or edit them. It would be nice to have a feature where we don't have to restart the video if we unfortunately mess up one part.

being able to stop the video and go to the next feature is great.
However, can we adjust it where we can delete the last 5 seconds? If I am shooting a video and I love the video I am shooting and I have already shot 1 min then I fumble my words or just don't like what I said I now have to start all over!
Does this make sense?

I want to be able to delete the last 5 seconds of a video, I used snap cell which is now trade pending and their video editing it much better.
