Ability to edit Genius Follow Up Workflow

Genius would be great for long term follow up or files that haven't been touched in a certain amount of time like 5 days or 2 weeks, etc.
Like others have said, we want the ability to change how fast she responds, if at all.

It would be nice to have genius activate for a lead 4 days after the lead come in.

If there has been no response by the lead in the first 4 days, then have genius start contacting the customer. Have genius tag me in a note when it starts taking over on follow ups. Also have an enable/disable button for genius for individual leads.

- What specific criteria or conditions should trigger the activation of the genius feature after 4 days?
- Are there any exceptions or special cases where the genius should activate sooner or later than 4 days?

- I think a general "Are you still in the market?" message could go a long way, another good example would be "Hey there customer, how did the conversation go with your spouse?" It could be mentioning the AI in a note like: "@AI Can you follow up with this customer in an hour to see how the talk went with their spouse?" or "@AI Can you follow up with this customer in a week to see if they are still in the market?"
- I would love to be able to @ the AI and have them do a follow up every so often, or if I request a specific reminder by mentioning them in a note, at the desired time they mention me in a note reminding me as requested.
- I think mentioning me in a note would be most ideal.

Our Genius is getting a little out of hand with how often it is contacting folks and are getting annoyed. Please allow us to set how often they can respond.

I find the genius to be a bit too responsive towards customers I am already in contact with or am intentionally waiting to/ have planned contact. I would also like if I could set how much in advance I would like it to confirm my appointments or set it to have only me confirm them manually.
