Firing Genius- Toggle Off and On
Stevie Berryman
When you Fire the Genius, it should be a toggle off and on as needed. There may be a time you do not want the Genius following up and then if you handle what you need to, you may want to turn it back on so that it can take over as necessary.

Thanks for sharing this, Stevie Berryman — totally hear you on wanting more control over when Genius is active. To make sure we design the toggle in a way that fits your workflow, could you clarify a couple things: in what scenarios would you want Genius turned off, and what exactly are you trying to avoid while it’s off (follow-ups going out, tasks being created, customers being contacted, etc.)? And when you flip it back on, should it only apply to new activity from that point forward, or should it also catch up on anything that was paused/skipped while it was off? Lastly, should this toggle be something an individual user controls, or should it be set at the lead/customer level or for the whole store/team?
