I would like to automate a menu of items to our sales genius so that when a customer asks for OTD price, the sales genius will recognize the request and respond with an acknowledgement of the customers request along with automatically presenting the customer with a list of available products and services. Upon which the customer can add whatever items to their total so that we can present them with a grand total including their desired options.
