Genius Follow-Up Notifications

Genius does not have to notify us if a closed/dead opportunity is no longer in the market for a vehicle.

Thanks for flagging this, Emily Brock — totally hear you. To make sure we’re addressing the right scenario, can you share a bit more about when you’re seeing Genius follow-up notifications on opportunities you consider closed/dead (e.g., right after you mark them closed, after a certain amount of time, or after a specific customer action)? And when an opportunity is closed/dead and the customer is no longer in-market, should those notifications stop immediately, or only for certain follow-up types? Lastly, are there any cases where you’d still want Genius to notify you on a closed/dead opportunity (like if the customer re-engages or signals they’re back in the market)?
