Clients sometimes are looking for a very specific model, feature, color on both new and pre owned. the Wish List does not cut it. It will alert only on a few items and every sales staff is different with memory - some remember names some don't - so how about creating a # tag for the notes that are searchable - so that way - when we do see a car that matches expectation, we do not have to go down the list of over thousands of clients to look for that 1 clients, a # tag will funnel down to lot lesser number and then memory can take over or we can give other clients a try for the car that we have.. thank you !

like this is one of the good examples where the client is very specific on the car they want

Hey Michele, so i would like to make very personalized #tags depending on what stands out during the conversation / meeting ; example would be only #blue #rangerover #autobiography #sidesteps so if something or anything shows up i would search in the search bar and if its any of the notes for any client - i should be able to filter those clients.. that's what i was thinking

Ajaz Sheikh: sorry for the delayed reply. Would having Notes to be searchable via the search bar satisfy the use case here? And this is the notes within the Wish List feature that you want searchable via the search bar on the top menu bar?

Ajaz Sheikh, thank you for writing in. Can I get a little more information.
1. Where would you expect these # tags to be searchable (e.g., Mining, Pipeline smart lists, global customer search)?
2. Should these tags be free-form within notes, or managed similarly to Customer Tags via Store Settings to ensure consistency across users?
3. Can you provide a few example tags you’d expect to use (e.g., model/trim, features, color, new vs. used)?

Michele McCoy - thank you ! you could use a section, where you want us to save the tags or #tags or any other sign like # or * - does not matter and also we could use the Notes section and the search should pick it up.. when i search back with the tag and the thing i remember about the clients needs ..
