Make the ability to see AIM AI campaign responses

I am hoping I am wrong here, but I have reached out to the DC team already. We do not have the ability to see customer responses from the AIM campaigns we create. The campaign responses do NOT show in the Shelby/Genius follow up nor do they show in the conversations screen under Shelby/AI. We have no way to see a customer response unless it ends up in one of the AIM buckets. Example: Darrell Chapman (White River Toyota). I feel this should be at the top of the list of things to develop, as our efforts are certainly partially wasted when making AIM campaigns. We need to see the responses!

Thanks for posting this, Alex Bushey — and sorry you’re running into that. I can definitely see how not being able to view customer replies from AIM campaigns (outside of the AIM buckets) would make those efforts feel partially wasted. I’m sharing this with the team for review so we can dig into what’s happening with responses not showing up in Shelby/Genius follow-up or the Shelby/AI conversations view, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from your side.
