Received aM Campaign filter for Mastermind

Can we add a Received aM Campaign filter for Mastermind to focus outreach on customers who have received marketing?

Thanks for raising this, Alexis Smith — totally see how a “Received aM Campaign” filter in Mastermind could make outreach a lot more targeted. Quick couple questions so we scope it the right way: which part of your Mastermind workflow are you trying to improve with this (building a call/text/email task list, excluding folks from outreach, prioritizing follow-ups, etc.)? And when you say “received,” should that mean any aM campaign ever or only within a certain timeframe (like the last 7/30/90 days)? Lastly, do you just need an “any aM campaign” filter, or would it be important to narrow it down by a specific aM campaign (or campaign type) too?

Shelby Parker, this would allow us to target customers who have recently received a marketing email or mailer with an upgrade offer. This allows us to capitalize on that marketing with additional outreach. Ideally, we would want to target customers who have received a campaign in the last 30-90 days. Any campaign should be fine, but it would be helpful if we could narrow in on specific campaigns.
