Duplicate/Merge data should be enriched

Currently the system seems to only recognize possible duplicates on Name. Phone number and email should be higher priority data sets to determine duplicates than name. Names are constantly misspelled, and nicknames muddy up the database. Phone numbers should be merge points across all lead types and current customer data.

Customers with multiple leads are regularly not being flagged as possible duplicates for us. When one lead has a different last name, one of them being a placeholder, the system doesn't recognize them as duplicates whatsoever. The first name, address, zip, email, phone, etc. can all match but they are never flagged.

Sometimes, we have customers with multiple leads. We should be able to merge all dupe customers by selecting the ones we want to merge in one shot instead of repeating the process over and over again

We also need the ability to merge same address deals. (not email address) Currently duplicates do not populate on deals where the name is different, yet the address is the same.

Hi PATRICK, thanks for the feedback! Based on our current logic, two customers who share nothing but a phone number or an email address should be showing up as a 40% match - an even stronger match than name alone. Are you not seeing this in practice?
