Merging from Duplicate Dashboard

When you merge from the duplicate dashboard it removes all info from the desking log. Makes it so you either lose the data or go back and re-enter all info. Desking log should be kept accurate and not removed.

Toni Voorhees: After you merge a delivered deal with an open deal with Desking information as well as roadmap information, you should still see this information on the Customer Card. Are you not seeing that information? If so, feel free to send over a customer name so I can take a look!
