Expert user access to undo a merge. It doesn't happen often but sometimes when people are new or not paying close enough attention, they merge two profiles that are not actually the same person so it would be nice to have the ability to undo a merge

Merged in a post:
Unmerge leads.

able to give a time frame to unmerge leads like a reset button. should be useful if a new employee merged the wrong lead and be able to correct the mistake without having to create 2 new ones and delete old one.

Great to hear your perspective, Sebastian Gallego! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific time frame would be most useful for the unmerge feature?
- How often do you encounter situations where leads are merged incorrectly?
- Would you prefer an automatic notification when a lead is unmerged?

Unmerging would be helpful. or a 7 day grace period where it can be undone. That way if it is a busy day, it can be reviewed by both managers and the salesperson when they have a moment to breathe.

PLEASE. I know I've made a request for this as well. If we could at least get a little grace period before it becomes permanent like with linked deals. We've had a lot of accidental merges and it gets messy.

Hi Lindsay, thanks for the feature request! We'll continue to gather feedback on this idea, and you'll receive updates automatically. Do you think there's a step we could add to the merge process to help prevent accidental incorrect merges?

Jacob Coleman: I also think that with the merge that if the address is capitalized on one and not the other, it should highlight.

Chelsie Cowart: You're right, I'll take a look at that

Jacob Coleman: Sorry for my delayed response I thought I had responded. I don't think adding a step would help because the people who are merging them think they are doing the right thing. They aren't paying attention to smaller details that point to them not being the same customer. If that makes sense
