Please make it so when I tag an employee on their customer that the note tag doesn't disappear from notifications tab when they click on it. Our salespeople don't like when I tag them in a customer that is theirs and the tag goes away from notifications bar once they click on it to see the note. If the tag behaved like a text message and has to be acknowledged before going away that would be quite nice.
