Feature request: Allow Management/BDC to have permission to unpin other users notes from the top of customer profiles.
Often, when I am closing a customer profile out I have to call each person who has pinned a note to the top of the profile and ask them to unpin the information. Some notes need to stay pinned at all times such as "ONLY CALL AND TEXT" or "DO NOT CONTACT" however, majority of the notes we pin to the top are only needed while the customer is actively looking for a vehicle. Would just make things easier for the sales team :) One less thing to hassle with if certain ppl had that extra permission.

Unpinning should definitely be allowed. This makes it super difficult especially in the event of cross sales, outside sales people, reps who are no longer here and general understanding of the customer profile. Please allow this to happen moving forward.

As the primary sales rep on a deal, I would like to unpin old notes from other users. Typically they will be concerning the arrival of a sold car from transport or other information pertaining to the sale. After the sale, these notes can remain, but do not need to be pinned to the top. This is not something I should have to bother management or BDC with.

Allow a managers to unpin a pinned note that was created by anyone. Only allowing the user that pins the note to be the one to unpin means that once the deal has been completed, the note stays if they forget to unpin it. It also means that should that user take another direction with their career, there would be no way to unpin specific notes we don't want to keep around.

Celeste DesRosiers Thank you for writing in. I am going to merge this request with another similar request for unpinning notes. As for the concern for users who move on from their career, when a user in Inactivated, their Pins will automatically be Unpinned.

Hey Celeste DesRosiers, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Who should have the authority to unpin notes besides the original user?
- Are there any specific conditions or restrictions under which a manager should not be allowed to unpin a note?
- Would you like to have a notification or log entry when a note is unpinned by someone other than the original user?

- I think ANY manager should be able to pin or unpin a note on the customer regardless of who created it.
- I don't think there need to be restrictions other than it being a specific feature for management.
- There should absolutely be a log entry if something is unpinned.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow management to unpin notes that should stay with only the deal, not the entire guest's profile

If another user has detailed notes anyone can pin that note to the top or unpin previous notes from other users

Great to hear your perspective, Karla Caiaffa! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision for pinning and un-pinning notes?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the pin and un-pin feature for notes?
- Are there any specific permissions or restrictions you would like to see for pinning and un-pinning notes?

PLEASE CAN THIS HAPPEN - the amount of pinned notes from old deals, or notes that aren't relevant anymore is getting obnoxious

Can we please have notes automatically unpinned when a lead is killed. I'm getting new leads in with pinned notes from several months ago and the notes have nothing to do with the current lead or situations have changes since that note was pinned. Or they are looking for a completely different vehicle than what is pinned in the notes.
