To make sure we’re thinking about the right solution, could you share a bit more about (1) what you’re typically trying to attach (e.g., screenshot of a text thread, a doc from a customer, etc.), (2) where you need those attachments to live (notes on a specific customer/lead/deal, or somewhere else), and (3) what you’d want to do with them afterward (just view, download, share with teammates, include in follow-ups, etc.)?
