Thanks for posting this, David Gonzalez — totally get how having those Apollo sheets right on the customer card would save a lot of printing and back-and-forth. A couple quick questions so we can make sure we’re solving the right thing: what types of photos/docs are you looking to add (just Apollo sheets, or also things like signed paperwork/vehicle photos), and what’s the main goal for keeping them in the notes? Also, who should be able to see them once uploaded (just the assigned rep, the whole team, or certain roles)? And lastly, do you specifically need the image embedded inside the note itself, or would attaching it to the customer card (and showing it in notes/history) work too?
