Can we add the ability to have both husband and wife information in the Lead title section? This helps avoid calling both the husband and wife if they are both shopping as separate leads. It also helps with searching for a customer in the system.

Yes, and it would also be advantageous to have the customer's business show up, particularly if it's the same phone and email. It currently doesn't

YES PLEASE!!! There are too many "duplicate Leads" that either wont merge because of the name or will merge but there is no existing information of the "co-buyer" this helps alleviate multiple contact and having customers tell us that we've already contacted or that they've already purchased.....

Another addition that would be nice is adding a place to put business relationships, Such as if theyre the owner being able to add that under a similar tile.

I would love to be able to link to a spouse file, or create a spouse file when you enter the customer into the system. If you have a couple at your desk and you enter the husband into the system, I would like to be able to enter the wife into the file and then If I search for the wife at a later date, have the husband and wifes information come up so that I can see all the communication for the household in one place. If it is to much to have both conversations, then you should at least link the vehicles in the household and the customer names so that other sale people can not skate your customers by entering the wife's name into the system because the last deal was done in the husbands name.

I would like to see a space for a spouse in the customer profile. Something that will link customers together with their spouse without merging the account. If I start my customers profile in store in the wife's name, and then my customers husband looks online after I have been talking to them both in store, and creates another profile, I don't currently see a way to match the couple without merging the profiles. This doesn't keep people from trying to skate my customer because the husband doesn't match the wife.
