Can we add the ability to have both husband and wife information in the Lead title section? This helps avoid calling both the husband and wife if they are both shopping as separate leads. It also helps with searching for a customer in the system.

Spouse information

Steve Allan
I would like to see a space for a spouse in the customer profile. Something that will link customers together with their spouse without merging the account. If I start my customers profile in store in the wife's name, and then my customers husband looks online after I have been talking to them both in store, and creates another profile, I don't currently see a way to match the couple without merging the profiles. This doesn't keep people from trying to skate my customer because the husband doesn't match the wife.

Hey Steve Allan, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like the spouse information to be displayed in the customer profile?
- Are there specific fields or details you would like to include for the spouse?
- Would you like any notifications or alerts when a spouse profile is linked to a customer?

Shelby Parker I would like to be able to put in a spouse name and phone number. We have a shady salesman here that likes to put the spouses name into the system so that he can skate other sales people. If the spouse could be added, it would eliminate a lot of this trouble.

Organizing by household/relationship

Michael "MJ" Jarvis
Next to the Duplicate icon, there should be a household or relationship icon. A business should have all their officers or point of contact. A household should have a speaker for the house and all the house members(potential buyers or decision makers).
Shelby Parker
Hello Michael "MJ" Jarvis! I have a few more questions for you:
- How should the relationship icon function differently from the existing Duplicate icon?
- What specific information should be displayed when viewing a household or business relationship?
- Are there any specific types of relationships or roles that should be prioritized in this feature?

How should the relationship icon function differently from the existing Duplicate icon?
The dup icon lets me know if multiple people are using the Same Name, e-mail, phone number, address.
Because some times a parent is buying for a child, sometimes a business is buying for an employee or a spouse shopping for a spouse or a friend shopping for a friend, an employee is told to shop and the business is buying, another would a group of people could be shopping for one person (online or in person).
What specific information should be displayed when viewing a household or business relationship
When I add a reference, a profile should be created. I can turn that profile into a co-buyer or cc them in an email or text them together as like a mini email/text blast. There should also be a dead deal feature option for "references" to close such profile.
Are there any specific types of relationships or roles that should be prioritized in this feature?
Buyers, helpers, seller, future owner... etc
Snoozing or creating a back ground feature so that I may focus on talking to the buyer or be able to send suggestions to the future owner.
The key thing is that a sales person can be an entire groups' go to guy/gal.
This would be Hugh for retention and follow up.

Adding Spouse / Kids to customer card

Currently in the Customer card it only accounts for buyer one information and buyer 2... Would be nice to have a section where we can just add a spouse and kids information so we can stay in touch with the family as time goes on.

In many cases, multiple friends or family members buy cars, and not all are on the same deal.
Please add a feature to link them with the relationship.
Shelby Parker
Hiya Forouz Mohisefat, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How should the linked relationships be displayed or accessed within the CRM?
- What specific information or data points should be shared or linked between related customers?
- Are there any privacy or permission considerations we should be aware of when linking customer relationships?

Add a way to link up and jump to connected customers

Being able to click on a spouse or a parent's profile directly from a related customer would be very useful.
