Can we add the ability to have both husband and wife information in the Lead title section? This helps avoid calling both the husband and wife if they are both shopping as separate leads. It also helps with searching for a customer in the system.

YES PLEASE!!! There are too many "duplicate Leads" that either wont merge because of the name or will merge but there is no existing information of the "co-buyer" this helps alleviate multiple contact and having customers tell us that we've already contacted or that they've already purchased.....

I would love to be able to link to a spouse file, or create a spouse file when you enter the customer into the system. If you have a couple at your desk and you enter the husband into the system, I would like to be able to enter the wife into the file and then If I search for the wife at a later date, have the husband and wifes information come up so that I can see all the communication for the household in one place. If it is to much to have both conversations, then you should at least link the vehicles in the household and the customer names so that other sale people can not skate your customers by entering the wife's name into the system because the last deal was done in the husbands name.

I would like to see a space for a spouse in the customer profile. Something that will link customers together with their spouse without merging the account. If I start my customers profile in store in the wife's name, and then my customers husband looks online after I have been talking to them both in store, and creates another profile, I don't currently see a way to match the couple without merging the profiles. This doesn't keep people from trying to skate my customer because the husband doesn't match the wife.

How would you like the spouse information to be displayed in the customer profile?
Are there specific fields or details you would like to include for the spouse?
Would you like any notifications or alerts when a spouse profile is linked to a customer?

Shelby Parker I would like to be able to put in a spouse name and phone number. We have a shady salesman here that likes to put the spouses name into the system so that he can skate other sales people. If the spouse could be added, it would eliminate a lot of this trouble.

Shelby Parker It could be displayed in the customer card right bellow the other name, or it could be in the address section. It just needs to able to be linked together somehow. Right now I have to create a new customer with no lead, but there is no way to link them without merging them. Their vehicle info doesn't link and none of the communication gets linked so it often gets confusing, when you are communicating with a husband and wife on the same issue through different files.
