Preferred Language Selection on Customer Card & Adding that as a Filter

Something that lets the sales and especially the bdc know the customers preferred language since a lot of the bdc responses are in english even though the sales follow up is in spanish. As well as adding a filter for preferred language to run targeted campaigns based on that.

There should be an option that we can set the customer profile to "Spanish" or another common language so when automatic confirmation texts or any automatic text or email goes out, it goes out in the language that the customer is most comfortable with.

- Spanish is the most common.
- I want to say I have 10-20 customers in my own customer count that only speak Spanish. One for example yesterday and has an appointment coming up but doesn't know any English and all the emails/texts are going out in English.
- confirmations and missed appointments would be the most important.

It would also be great if we could create email campaigns based off this as well. I.e., send English emails to those with English preference and French to those with a French preference.

It would be nice to be able to label a customer as what language they want to speak to stream line what staff member takes them on.
