Blocking Email Addresses and Phone Numbers

It would be nice to block known shoppers and also rude/lude customers who harass staff members. To have the ability to block emails and phone numbers from CRM. Also you could have a list of these blocked emails and phone number to white list them in the future if customer apologizes for rude/lude acts.

The CRM is a customer relations manager. The vendors and spammers are not customers and should be blocked. They are just clogging up the system. I currently have 8 folks from one company in the dead file and they keep coming in every single day. Not efficient when you have to filter out the garbage so you can get to the real customers.

At minimum block links from external emails from being clickable in the CRM. I cannot think of a valid reason that a customer would need to send a link via the CRM. Scammers are using your systems to send malicious links to our staff. Blocking links all together in email would be a step in the right direction.

The emails come from Gmail, outlook and other companies that have been compromised as in the case we ran into today. They are legit email domains but, are sending malicious links via email to the CRM. They pose as legit customers and try and trick the users into providing their credentials.
There is no legitimate reason for a customer to send a link. If they need to send documents, they can use our secure document portal. It would be safer if we just blocked incoming links all together.

- What specific types of emails or sources are most frequently sending these malicious links?
- How often do you encounter these malicious links in your CRM system?
- Are there any legitimate scenarios where you or your team would need to receive clickable links from external sources in the CRM?

This would be very helpful. We have had customers threaten legal action beccause they were on the do not call list and someone else put their phone number in. We don't have a way to block for the whole store, just an individual profile card.
