Limit Quantity of Leads Someone Can Grab From Up for Grabs

I'd love to limit the number of leads someone can grab from the Up for Grabs per day. We have a odd set up for our distributions. Our BDC manually distributes the leads to certain teams on certain days. Up for Grabs starts at 5PM and ends at 9PM Monday - Thursday, then it is Up for Grabs from Friday at 5PM until Sunday at 7 PM. I'd like to be able to limit the number of grabbed leads per day a sales person can grab. I have some individuals grabbing almost 100 leads a month and can't handle them. We know that talking with the sales person doesn't help and putting them on Vacation Mode is too tedious. Having this feature would really help!

Would like to be able to set a limit for leads for an indiviual salesperson. At that limit no more round robin, no more grab em available.

Thanks for posting this, Dominick Caserta — totally get how a per-rep lead cap could help keep things balanced. To make sure we’re thinking about it the right way, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: what’s the main reason you want to limit leads per salesperson (workload balancing, fairness, performance/compliance, etc.)? Once someone hits their limit, what should happen to any new leads that would’ve gone to them — re-route to other eligible reps, hold/queue them, or something else? And should the cap apply across all lead sources/types (round robin + “grab ’em” included), or only certain ones — and does it reset on a cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) or only manually?

Thanks for sharing this, Philip Karacson — totally hear you on how disruptive it is when a few reps can scoop up way more “Up for Grabs” leads than they can realistically handle. This is really helpful context (especially the specific time windows and why Vacation Mode isn’t a great fit). I’m looping this into our review so the team can look into options here, and if we need any extra details on your distribution setup or what a “per day” limit should look like, I’ll follow up.
