Add the option to select primary phone number and email for customers who have multiple of each on file.

The ability to select a Primary contact information is a much-needed feature! A "primary" phone number and email should populate on the Customer Card Header.
"Primary" contact information on the customer card header would reduce the amount of clicks required to access pertinent contact information for technology-unsavvy users at stores which do not use Click-to-Call.

It would be helpful to add a tab to make a phone number primary or default. I have deleted a customers work number, but when I add it back as a work number the system defaults back to that phone number, it would be helpful in situations where a customer has 2 phones or a wife puts in a lead with the husbands phone number. to add her phone with out removing the husbands, (haveing husband and wifes phones in the same lead, helps prevent duplicate leads and skates)

I would love to be able to do this! Other CRM I have used allow us to move around numbers, a little box next to the number would be helpful to add what the number is, like if number mobile is customers, and number home is wife.

- Can you clarify if you want the cell/mobile number to be the default for all contacts or only for certain types of contacts?
- Are there any specific scenarios or use cases where you would prefer the default phone number not to be the cell/mobile number?
- Would you like the system to automatically update the default phone number to the cell/mobile number for existing contacts, or should this only apply to new contacts added in the future?

So frustrated. customer makes inquiry. The system connects it to a previous existing account. Great, no problem. The inquiry provides NEW email info. Your system uses the previous email, so the auto respondent tries to communicate with the OLD email, not the one the customer just provided. And when we compose an email, it defaults to the OLD not the new. Plus, the system does NOTHING to alert us to this. Guess why the customer provided an email? Because that is the one they want to be contacted at. I believe this is the case for phone numbers as well.

Shawn Goebel This isn't really an opinion. It's simply a massive oversight of your software. If the customer PROVIDES contact information in a new lead, the auto respondent and the default for our responses (text, email, phone) ought to be the PROVIDED information. I'd say a lot of the users don't even realize this is happening.

Shawn Goebel Others can't do that if you merge it with another request. Being able to select which number is primary is a great feature request, but that isn't what is happening here. Your system is ignoring the contact information the customer provides on the NEW LEAD, and reverting to previous information already in the database. What if a husband is searching for a surprise present, and the system automatically has the auto respondent send an email to the previous email on file instead of the one provided in the new lead? What if that email goes to the wife? This actually happened. This IS NOT a feature request. It is a major oversight of your software.

I kind of wish there was a way to to pick which phone number and email you'd like to be primary.. it does get frustrating because you have to remember if there's more than one and which one to use every time. Sometimes I pin it to the top. I did notice the phone number will usually default to whichever one is opted in and if the customer emails us back, it will default to the that email address, most of the time.
