Great we have the Best Contact Method. However, on customers with multiple phone numbers, or email addresses, it is absurd that the secondary Best Contact Method does not display the phone number or email address when clicking or hovering over it. Example: customer has multiple phone numbers, their Best Contact Method is showing email. When I click or hover my cursor over the phone method (the green) in Best Contact Method, currently it just highlights the green indicator. Instead it should show what phone number is the best one to use based on previous contact. So in the case of a customer that has multiple phone numbers and has communicated via phone in the past but their dominate and Best Contact Method is email, if they email for me to give them a call, clicking or hovering over the secondary Best Contact Method should display which of the multiple phone numbers would be the best to call.
