Add suffix section to Contact Contact Card and allow for it to be pulled in via driver's license scanner.

Most definitely need the suffix box on the Customer Card. Most states require you to title the vehicle exactly as on the Driver's License. It should pull when you scan the Driver's License. Otherwise what is the sense of scanning?

Def need a place in the contact card for a clients suffix. Several reasons 1. if we type in jr, sr II etc then when you search for last name it doesn't always show up 2. when you have multiple family members buying from you this can create confusion on which file to use. I would add salutation to the contact card as well, DR and Military veterans like to be recoginized

We frequently find customer cards where father and son accounts have been accidentally merged along the way. This would be a huge help to keep things organized.

Should be a part of any CRM that pushes credit information to a portal Like Route one. Banks are getting more and more picky about the credit application matching the drivers license.
