Marking a Garage Vehicle Previously Owned vs. Deleting

Would love to be able to mark a vehicle 'previously owned' instead of just deleting it from the profile. This helps a lot with steps to the sale and providing multiple options to the customer when purchasing. Multiple previous CRMs have seen the benefit in this feature.

Yes! I want to see all the vehicles they owned in their garage AND be able to see what their deal was, how long they owned it & if it was totaled, traded or otherwise

- Can you provide more details on how you envision the 'previously owned' status to be displayed on the customer profile?
- What specific information about the 'previously owned' vehicle would be most useful to retain in the system?
- How would you like this feature to interact with the steps to the sale process?

- YMMT, Year Owned range possibly
- I just want to be able to see it when I communicate with a customer so that I can see previous interests, if they go from a sports car to a mini van I have conversation around possible family. If they have always bought Tahoes I am not going to recommend an Equinox on my would you consider.
