- What specific information or details are you looking to see in the conversation view?
- How would you prioritize the different types of communication (text, email, phone) in the conversation view?
- Are there any specific filters or sorting options you would find useful in viewing customer replies?

Shelby Parker I'm looking for ANY communication ONLY from the customer. Like sometimes it says the customer has communicated with us via text but they only thing they ever responded was yes to opt in. Looking for any communication from the customer only weather it's text, email or phone conversation notes. Maybe a drop down to filter it. As it stands now you have to scroll through the whole conversation log only to see that the customer responded "yes" to opt into texting and no other communication from them has ever been received.
