Add "Leads" to sales pipeline before Engaged

This is really a no brainer to me, sales people LOSE TRACK of leads all of the time working their funnel. This is just the first step.

Its loss of vision from new leads before contact. So uncontacted leads that we are still looking to start engagement with. Calling it out at the beginning of the pipeline stage would just bring it to the forefront. Out of sight, out of mind right?

Hi Patrick Walker — thanks for calling this out. Totally hear you on how easy it is for leads to slip through the cracks at the very top of the funnel. To make sure we’re designing the “Leads” stage in a way that matches your workflow, can I ask a couple quick questions: before something becomes “Engaged,” what does that lead typically look like for you (new/inbound, not contacted yet, attempted contact, etc.)? Where exactly are leads getting lost today without a dedicated “Leads” step (hard to find, no clear status, falling out of views, etc.)? And would you want every new lead to land in “Leads” by default, or only certain lead types (if so, which)?
