Customize Main Screen to Store KPI Metrics

I'd like to put Appointments Set Bucket on the Main Screen inbetween engaged and visits. This will give a full process from engaged, set appts, visits, proposals, and sold. makes it easier to see how we are handling engaged customers and moving them to the next step (appointment). Each store has their own KPI's so making this screen 100% customizable without having to deep dive in a report would give each store a reminder of where they stand in regards to KPI. (ie for my store we have a lot of engaged but not a lot of appointments. so instead of working deals over the phone let's focus on the appointment to get them here)

I would love to be able to add widgets for a couple of things I'm used to seeing throughout my day. # of appts scheduled for today, # of appointments made today, lead response time, etc.
Being able to add or take things away would be awesome.

- I'd like to see the # of appointments scheduled to visit the store on the current day. The number of appointments scheduled to visit the store the next day. The # of appointments that have been set that day by all users. The web lead response time. *Bonus points, if I have access to multiple stores, to let me see this data for both stores on one home page.
