AIM - Do Not Contact "Finance Declined" Customers

It would be great if AIM didn't attempt to engage customers whos files are closed 'finance declined' for at least 6 months. There is zero point in getting these customers fired up about getting a deal when we know they can't thus the close of the file.

Shelby Parker yes, AIM reached out to a customer that we had recently closed off as finance declined
Currently we prefer to manually reach out to them 6 months after they were declined to see if there is improvement on the credit side, or if they have found a cosigner to help
