Add the ability to add additional dead deal options or edit the existing dead deal options. Instead of having to type common options like. Car is no longer available or customer is not local to us. etc

It would be great if we had an option that says "No Longer Interested" when we go to kill a deal.

Adding "No Longer Interested" for "Dead" options.
Shelby Parker
Great to hear your perspective, LaShonay Mays! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific actions should be triggered when the 'No Longer Interested' button is clicked?
- Should the 'No Longer Interested' option be available to all users or only specific roles within the dealership?
- Are there any specific notifications or follow-up actions that should occur after marking a deal as 'No Longer Interested'?

Customers wanting to keep there vehicle longer and not buy yet. Customers just telling me they are no longer in the market. I would say I get this at least 10 times a week. That is the only option I think should be added to the Dead options. Thank you!
Shelby Parker
Hey Maicie Amble, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific scenarios or reasons would "No Longer Interested" cover that are not currently addressed by existing options?
- How frequently do you encounter situations where "No Longer Interested" would be applicable?
- Are there any other "Dead" options you think should be added to better categorize customer interactions?

Can we get "VEHICLE NO LONGER AVAILABLE" as an option when killing a deal?
Shelby Parker
Thank you for posting, La'Quisha Turner! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you encounter situations where a vehicle is no longer available, and how does it impact your workflow?
- Are there any specific scenarios or reasons why a vehicle might become unavailable that we should consider?
- Would having this option improve your efficiency or customer communication, and if so, how?

Nick Zavala, thank you for writing in. There is the option to add notes when marking a deal dead. Is there something else you are wanting to accomplish or does this take care of it?

Hello Michele instead of having to pick "Other" and having to type / paste car is no longer available or customer in not in the market. It would be more efficient (specially for someone like me with 19 sales people) If that option was already there. Just a suggestion. I can if you like provide you with a list of the 7 most common reasons at our store.

Nick Zavala: Thank you for responding. Sorry it I am not seeing this until now, but I did move your request to gathering votes to see what other users think about it. Thank you!
