Request:

Enable DriveCentric’s ADF import to recognize and apply the “Company” type from the ADF XML so business leads are correctly classified on import.

Details:

One of our lead generators is designed for businesses, not individuals. However, when we send leads to DriveCentric, they are always imported as “Individual” regardless of the parameters provided.

The ADF XML specification already supports classifying a lead as a business (via contact type), but DriveCentric is not abiding by this field during import.

Currently in the contact card we can manually toggle between “Company” and “Individual,” but all imported leads default to “Individual,” creating unnecessary manual work and potential data errors.

Impact:

Reduces manual edits for business leads.

Improves reporting accuracy for B2B opportunities.

Aligns with existing ADF XML standards.
