Ability to Filter Workplan to Past or Future

I would like to be able to change the date on my to-do list so I can see upcoming tasks. I would like to have time to send my customers Birthday cards and Anniversary cards, instead of them arriving to my customer's late bc I did not realize until the day of their Birthday, etc.

It would be most helpful to have a calendar at a view so Managers can BETTER plan their weeks. it would be MOST HELPFUL to see in a calendar view - past due, current and future calls scheduled. Sales managers would like to see a time frame for workplans - daily, weekly, monthly and specific date range. Helps with evaluation and coaching

Add a Calendar View to the Workplan

Adjust the task view to show a calendar view to click on that day to view the tasks due for that day. This would help see past due tasks, current tasks, and what future tasks look like. It would just overall be better organized from a calendar view than just a long drawn out list of tasks to be done.

hey this is kind of a good idea i thought of which I imagine your working on already. For tasks we should be able to see tomorrows tasks and the day afters. So we lets just say we do all our tasks for the day we can start working on tomorrows or have it ore organized. Sometimes I have days where I have 10 tasks, and others with 50. This is because when i make tasks it doesnt tell me how much I have on a day Id like to keep in more balanced so I dont log on and have a million in one day because I couldnt see how ive spaced them out. Thanks

It’s really about staying organized. Throughout the day, you can structure your tasks however works best for you. For example, I personally use 11PM for tasks that need immediate attention, 10PM as a reminder to circle back in a few hours, 9PM for ongoing conversations, and 8PM for end-of-day wrap-ups.
That said, since we no "wish list" having a calendar-based task system would be a huge help. It would allow me to search for customers on specific days—like the last Wednesday of the month—who might be looking for something we just got in. It would also give me a better overview of what’s coming the next day, so I don’t overwhelm myself with 100+ tasks that all need attention in a single day and keep carrying over.
That could really help all of us stay more focused and effective!

Yes, I think this would be extremely helpful! I had an instance where I scheduled a future follow up but couldn't remember the client's name. I knew the exact date that I had scheduled the follow up, but wasn't able to look ahead in the calendar to find them.
It would also be helpful to be able to complete tasks ahead of time if you know that you have a day off or if you are going on vacation so you do not have a bunch to go through when you are back in the office.
