Add Phone Outcome Column to Workplan View

Would like to see the outcome of the call and be able to filter it out from those outcomes. Like the other section headers, I would like to tap the section header and filter it from ascending to descending by "Phone Conversation/Appointment Set/Left Voicemail" etc.

- What specific outcomes would you like to see in the Phone Outcome column?
- How would you prioritize the different phone outcomes for filtering?
- Are there any specific scenarios where filtering by phone outcome would be particularly useful?

- Same ones for when you log a call: "Phone Conversation, Appointment was Set, Left Voicemail/Did Not Leave Voicemail, Other Result Was Done"
- The previous answer is the descending order it should follow at first, second click reverse it.
- Seeing who is clearing tasks and not logging calls, being able to look at the Completed Calls screen to see how many times a salesperson and customer are speaking to bring up concerns of efficiency, make sure calls are being logged correctly.
