This way the email is not missed by the person it was intended to go to, but management can still see ongoing communication.

Heather Williams Thank you for the feature request! Would you mind expanding on this? If a Customer replies to an email, the email will go to the user who sent the email. If a user impersonates another user while sending the video, the email reply will show on the sidebar for the impersonated user. Are you looking for something different here? Thank you!

Shawn Goebel Not just in the sidebar, but also in the person who sent the email's work plan. The side bar can get kind of jumbled at the beginning of the day, so most just go to their workplan and go from there. If the email popped up there, or even as a little pop up at the bottom of the screen, the person assisgned to the deal would get a notification while working on other tasks. Replies should always alert the person that the lead is assigned to and also the person that is impersonating. That way someone is always going to see it. Hope this makes more sense! It is harder to type it than to verbally explain.

Heather Williams: Thank you for the response on this! Just to clarify, when you say going into someone's Workplan, you mean going to the completed tasks on that day to see the emails sent, correct?

Hello Heather Williams! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide a specific example of a situation where the current system caused an email to be missed?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like to see in the updated system to ensure emails are not missed?
- How would you like the management to be notified or involved in the ongoing communication?
