Was just going to add this request -- when printing out a workplan it currently does generic columns instead of my custom ones I have in place. If I hit print, shouldn't it print what I have currently on the screen and not what it wants? This is the current print option, I'd like to have the phone #, source and even sales rep showing, definitely don't care about the specific action.

Scott Howell Good news, we are planning to introduce this functionality with out new Workplan re-write we are working on! Agreed- I have several users working out of a task bucket, and would like to filter some tasks based on age or available contact info to different users, but until this is available for export to a spreadsheet, there isnt a good way to do it.
