Thanks for posting this, Dale Dennis — totally hear you. Just so we’re looking at the right spot, can you clarify which “Internet Templates” you mean (email/text/lead response, etc.) and where in DriveCentric you’re trying to reorder them? Also, what kind of ordering would be most helpful for you (manual drag-and-drop, alphabetical, most-used, store/team standard)? And lastly, what’s the main pain the current order creates day-to-day, and what would “success” look like once you can reorder them?
