Shelby Parker Freedom to update user created templates regularly, templates will be based on customer anniversary follow ups, lease ending soon, price drops, monthly specials on specific cars, etc. It will benefit all sales associates in maximizing the amount people to be contacted and reduce repetitive copy and paste tasks. A bonus to this request would be, if possible, to have the Genius/ChatGPT offer suggestions to re-write templates we create.

Suggestion: Private Template Folder for Personalized Emails

I wanted to suggest a feature that could enhance our email experience—a private template folder. This would allow users to upload and store their own email templates, visible only to themselves. It could be a great way to streamline communication and maintain consistency.

Also the ability to have specific folders accessible to certain individuals. That way if one person had 20 personalized templates they could easily access them in one folder rather than access to individual templates.

Can we add our own templates for text and email? I have templates already made up that I copy from a Google Doc and paste it on my emails or texts. It would be nice to just integrate that into my own profile. Even adding in the [First Name], [Target Vehicle], [Trade Vehicle] and [Follow Up Day].

I agree, my sales and BDC reps are asking me for this as well. However, I've been countering this by suggesting they use the integrated GPT4 Genius which is excellent.
