in your follow up, have the customers nickname show up also. We may not remember them by their real name, just by the Nickname

Please add/ change genius to using customer profile "nick name" rather than First name. Some customers find it rude when they tell you their preferred name and you continue to call them by their legal name. Don't want to use the nick name in the first name line or it will not match their license for buyers orders

Thanks for posting this, Kody Laird — really appreciate you calling it out. Totally hear you on how continuing to use someone’s legal first name (when they’ve shared a preferred name) can come across as rude, especially if you can’t just swap the first-name field because it needs to match their license for buyer’s orders. I’m sharing this with the team so we can review having Genius pull from the customer profile “nick name” instead, and we’ll follow up if we need any extra details.

It would be nice if there was a "Goes by" line at the top of a customer card for those customers whose legal name is different from the one they go by socially.

- Can you provide more context on where exactly you'd like the customer's nickname to appear in the follow-up process?
- Should the nickname replace the real name entirely or should it be displayed alongside the real name?
- How would you like the system to handle cases where a customer doesn't have a nickname?
