Display Multiple Email Addresses and Phone Numbers on Customer Card

Customer card shows only one email address and one phone number. It would be very helpful and effective if you would display all of those items on the card for multiple attempts to contact the customer.

- Could you please clarify how many additional email addresses and phone numbers you would like to be displayed on the customer card?
- Are there specific situations or types of customers where having multiple contact details displayed would be particularly beneficial?
- Would you like these additional contact details to be displayed in a specific order or format?

Shelby Parker, All of the customers email addresses and phone numbers would be helpful. I doubt anyone would provide more than 2 or 3 or each with their inquiry about any car. As for how we would use it, when we send an email, we would send it to both (or all) of their email addresses. When we send a text, it would be to all numbers. When we call we could be selective as to which number to call 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. As to where to display them, they should all be on the landing page of the customer's card so we don't have to search for them. Any order of this data is fine.
