Last engaged and last attempt to show on customer card

It would help if the last engaged and last attempt would show on the customer card so we do not have to click out of the customer and see it in the workplan (if you have yours set to show it). It would just save time.

From a management view, this is greatly needed. Many times, a customer is Engaged, but the only engagement in the past 20-30 days has been a single Opt-in text back on day 1. Having to take the time to scroll through countless attempts to try and FIND the "From Customer" (which need to be a different color, so it is identifiable quickly) to see when and if there was meaningful engagement slows the decision-making process down. A date of last engagement in the Best Contact section would be great!
