VIDEOS ARE NOT SENDING

I have multiple videos I sent out and nobody can see the videos. It says the Opened and Clicked the video but cannot see it, once I send the same video in my gmail they can see it.

To help us narrow down what’s happening, can you share where you’re sending the videos from in DriveCentric (email campaign vs. 1:1 email vs. text), and how you’re including the video (a link vs. an attachment/embedded)? Also, what do recipients actually see when they try to view it (blank area, error message, or the link opens but the video won’t play)? And is this affecting all videos/recipients or only certain ones—if it’s only some, is there anything consistent (same video source like YouTube/Vimeo, or a specific recipient email provider)?
